Chelsea vs Wolves (PL) Mon 20th January 25 20:00 GMT

Win this; we remain in the hunt for top 4. Lose or draw and I think we'll struggle to make it.

Massive game for Maresca to show he can turn the slide around.

We've got 9 home games left, and 8 of them are against the sides currently in 13th to 20th.

It's definitely in our hands to make Top 4, but we need to start beating all these bottom feeders (if we had the same record as Liverpool in games against the bottom six, we'd only be one point behind them right now !)

So much negativity.

No Palmer is no problem.

Chelsea 5-1 Wolves, Jackson 14.

That's a preview.

Just shows how unlucky we’ve been with strikers, over the past 20 years we’ve only had two elite tier strikers, Drogba and Costa.
We sign too many strikers that feel sorry for themselves. Strikers need to be the most ruthless players in the team and believe they are the best.

Draw or loss

We will create tones of chances and miss them.

Lots of dropped points above us so far this weekend. If we want proper Europe next season, we have to win this

If maresca loses or daws this game any goodwill he has with the fans is gone. No excuses. Newcastle dropped points, arsenal dropped points. If Chelsea doesn’t win this game any hopes of top 4 will be evaporated.

if Chalobah doesnt play this game then Maresca needs to go

if all are fit

                     Jorgensen

James  Chalobah  Colwill  Cucurella

                 Enzo Caicedo

Palmer            Felix           Jackson

                        Guiu

otherwise

                     Jorgensen

James    Chalobah  Tosin  Cucurella

                  Caicedo Vega

Neto            Felix        Sancho

                    Jackson

We are going to thrash them, believe.

Hopefully they go on a run after that and go above Spurs.

If everyone was available and properly fit I'd go for.

                     Jorgensen

James  Chalobah  Colwill  Cucurella

                 Lavia Caicedo

Palmer            Felix           Sancho

                        Jackson

I'm as frustrated by Jackson up front as anyone but Guiu is nowhere near ready for this level of football and Nkunku has totally checked out.

I can't see Chalobah coming straight in but I'd have no problem with it.  I also doubt we will start James yet so maybe Gusto gets another chance.

No f**king made up right backs though.

Down one more place after City thrash Ipswich, just as Newcastle did.

How did we lose, and lose comprehensively, to that rubbish?

I’m going for a win tomorrow. Maybe 3-1. After five without a win, home to a terrible Wolves side must surely bring us a victory. A bit like how even a stopped clock is right twice a day.
