On the fence. Id like to see how the next 4-6 games go. If he can't turn it around then out.

Need a 4th option. Don't care. Because we know the next one is another blueco puppet not fit for the task.
This is really driving my on the fence decision. I don't think we get anyone better.
Yea I would say that reason does really cover on the fence!

Out!!!! The board will go for the next sh*t coach but still, out!!

I predicted he would be sacked by christmas, difficult run of games coming up

United, Forest, Spurs, Burnley, Leeds, Bournemouth, Newcastle - all away in PL ,add Munich, Quarabag, Atalanta - CL all away plus Lincoln

Brighton, Liverpool, Sunderland, Wolves, Arsenal, Everton - home in PL, add Benfica

Drop a lot of points in those games and we could be down the table

Since i posted this P4 W1 D0 L3

we scraped past Lincoln, lose to Benfica and Liverpool and he will be sacked in the international break

Unless he changes his philosophy of inverting and his dinosaur football, ie sideways backwards sideways backwards he has no chance, save yoour job, play Guiu, he says hes not ready, we wont know until he gives him a start, why no Garnacho?

Sorry but come on man, theres no excusing his actions this season. The squad is much better than the results hes getting, he literally has no idea what to do in adversity. He absolutely sh*ts himself every single time. He has one way of playing and doesn't have the imagination or Intelligence to deviate, even when its blatantly obvious it isn't working as the players he picks dont suit that gameplan.

Hes possibly the worst manager in the top flight I've ever seen.
So who would you replace him with? No world class manager is going to attach himself to a project unless he is looking for a quick paycheck. Top managers will not even negociate with the board if they are not guaranteed to have some experienced players be brought at the club. The squad is incredibly young and talented, but the lack of experience can be seen every single week. The way it looks, the board would rather wait for another 3-4 years until they all peak at the same time, than buy some ready made, top class ones and shorten that period.

Guess this is their way of doing things and there is not a lot that we as fans can do about it, other than just support the club and be realistic.

And no, the squad in the recent weeks is not that better than results show. The center back options are some of the worst this club has had for the past decades and Caicedo basically runs that midfield all alone. Let's wait for all the unavailable players to be fully fit and see how we look.

Of course managers will take the job, I honestly have no idea why people think this, managers take on "impossible " jobs several times every single season.

I don't think he will be shown the door this soon but I doubt he will survive the season. That being said I also doubt we will bring in a replacement that is any more convincing. Most likely it will be Liam Rosenior from Strasbourg.

  1. Iraola or Glasner both are above us with weaker squads
  2. We had a full squad for the palace game and escaped with a point

he was lucky last season and getting fourth, winning the Farmers league and winning the CWC (by beating one team who are better then us because they were knackered) papered over the cracks

Gallardo

Out, though I’m far from convinced another coach will vastly improve us whilst the focus is on developing players to sell. The squad is filled with far too many inexperienced players. Each skilful in their own right but as a collective they are learning bad habits from each other. Young players as well as being exciting, make mistakes and are inconsistent, they need a couple of experienced heads to guide them through matches. As it is we have 20 year olds guiding 19 year olds and wonder why struggle with managing games, when you add to this an inexperienced coach…

And he also beat the best team in the world in the CWC Final and it was not even a contest. You guys would replace him with another hipster manager just for the sake of it. A small team can make average managers look good. You look at Amorim, Sporting made him look like an actual manager, walked that league for several seasons and scored goals for fun, when the truth he is a complete buffoon and definitely the worst to have ever managed an English club.

If someone like Klopp was available, I'd have been up for it. But these managers don't take on long term projects just to develop players and wait for the moment to hit their peak so that they finally kickstart their actual job and fight for the big trophies. Up until that point there is a numbers of years of development that not a lot of managers are that eager to sign for.

Klopp is available but we wont pay him what he wants, the latest is they are looking at….Wait for it….DE ZERBI yes the ex Brighton manager

They did strongly consider him before going to Maresca. Though he is at Marseille so will mean large compo to sack Enzo and his staff staff to bring in di zerb8 and his staff . he has also shown himself a firey character so would get sick of Blueco and their model and repeat the cycle. Fits all needed points.

How about we do this in stages

  1. Sack him
  2. Then do other things like recruit someone else.
there is no evidence to suggest things would be worse without him.

Gallardo! Is it that a suggestion to get the best out of Fernandez and Garnacho?
He's probably the best manager in the world who would want to join and we could get.
