I was there in 2014 when we did them 3-6, had tickets in with the mousers so couldn't celebrate every time we scored, one goal I nearly did but had to check myself as all around were unhappy Mousers,  bought one of them 2 bob 2 team scarves outside so I had something to wear with Chelsea written on it!

 
Don't see anything but a narrow Chelsea win unless Pickford is on form in which case they might steal a point.  Always difficult in the first few games at the start of the year. This year even more so with players still not up to anywhere near full fitness due to the short pre-season.  With 5 subs we have the stronger bench providing TT uses them correctly...knowing him he'll probably use one or two 🙄   Sterling to score..

 
based on the generally well informed Señor Romano maybe Cucu will play LWB. I think Alonso won't play as in his head he is in Barca. Maybe Chiller will start or Palmeri but I won't be surprised if Cucu doesn't get at least 30 minutes.

 
Sounds like Chilwell will be reintroduced slowly. I think Cucerella will start. 

 
Ah.. finally this feeling is coming back, premier league 😍! Also it's nice to meet Super Frank in the opening game.

With our pre-season the formation will be with 5-2-3 (3-4-3 ATT).

Important to start the season with a victory. Honestly, I don't believe we will shine with good football tomorrow, but I'd take the win to gain more confidence and talk hard in the league.

I don't think Chilwell is ready yet but Alonso very likely goes to Barca so that leaves us with Cucurella who just arrived so most likely Emerson before Kenedy? 

 
It's nice to see a league table that isn't distorted by teams playing by a differents set of rules than others again, it's been a while. This year when teams are getting a winter holiday we'll actually be among them!

I'm optimistic for this game and the season. Fancy Sterling to get a couple and get off to a good start, and Koulibaly to wreck whatever poor bastard's up top for them. Sorry Frank. Let's go!

I agree but I am split between Kante and Gallagher. 

Anyway leaving from Kent at 10 in the morning 2 car loads.

2-0 the Chels, not like last season when we didn't turn up   well the fans did the team didn't 😉

We should have enough given their injuries. They got lucky against us last season so we owe them a beating.
