Everton vs Chelsea (PL) Saturday 17th October 12:30 GMT

Don’t forget our Sat mid-day game history.
Oh no, wait - “Chelsea have won each of their last eight Premier League matches kicking off at 12:30 PM on a Saturday, a streak highlighted by a 2–0 win at Burnley on November 22, 2025.”

Haven’t yet lost a game this season

Really big game for us. Would like to think George doesnt start for them as he'll probably score against us. We need to continue to display attacking threat and keep improving the defence. three points for us this weekend with my fingers crossed.

This game last season was the shortest Chelsea match I've seen in history.

I woke up from a nap, saw we were losing 1 or 2 nil. Usually I'll just ignore the match and find something else to do but on this occasion I said to myself "let me tune in and see this pile of sh*t performance for myself".

So I turn on the game. We have the ball, I think it was Gusto who gives the ball away, they counter and score. I turn the game off.

From turning the game on to turning it off was all in the space of 30 seconds.

I can empathize. So many times last season I would turn on the game watch 5 minutes or so of the dross we were playing and turn off again. Maresca and Rosenior ball were just depressing.

Glad we're watchable again and that things seem to be moving into the right direction. I'm still not quite sure about it, but I'm cautiously optimistic.

Dont know what Chelsea we will get these days. That defeat to Brenford was horrible. Watched that at a beach bar with the missus in Greece. Had enough and left at 2-0. By the time I got back to my room, it was 3-0 lol

Count yourself lucky I watched the whole 90 minutes.

It’s about time we turned up to an away game with Everton. Need to back up last weeks performance with another win - start to close the performance gaps between our wins and losses.
