Fikayo Tomori

AC Milan would ve brilliant if he gets to play that is.
Wouldn’t get to play. They have Kjaer who has been brilliant, Romangoli is their cap, 3rd choice Kalulu is an interesting prospect. At best he is going in to compete with Mussachio as 4th choice CB.

Don’t know if Brighton or Newcastle are after CBs, or a move to the Bundesliga.

I don't see how he will get minutes in Milan, they're 1st in the league and running very well this season.

He needs a loan where he will be playing regularly, if he's going to be 3rd or 4th choice, then he can stay with us and fight for his place.

I still believe that he can easily be our first backup, he has a lot of potential and he just needs that experience to become a decent PL CB.

Said there’s no obligation to buy, does that mean we can refuse to sell him if he’s had a breakout season at Milan? I hope so.

Usually it means they can choose not to buy, giving them the power to decide is what sweetens the deal. What I want to know is if the player will agree the deal beforehand or can he refuse to move when the time comes.

"Are you insinuating that Mount gets into the team not because of his performances but other reasons? "

I think he's a start every other game type of player, who'd have trouble getting in Liverpool, City, or even United's sides. But for some reason FL treats him as a player he has to adjust all of tactics for.
🤦‍♂️ oh dear

Gutted he’s been allowed to leave. Got a call up for the England team and never plays again

wtf has gone on here

well pissed off with this

Good for him to go somewhere and get more of a chance to play, also will be fighting for the title than doing what we're doing here.

Absolutely fuming at this.

Something must have gone on behind the scenes, I wonder if we'll ever find out what.

A real shame. He could become a world beater in that Milan side with the right coaching.

Yeah he made a lot of mistakes, but there was a time when he looked very promising. I think we'll regret this one, I can see Milan snapping him up.

What does 'option to buy' mean in this context? Does the decision completely rest with AC Milan or do we have the right to turn down any transfer bid?

If it's the former I feel like this is a lose-lose for us. Either he plays well and they sign him or he plays poorly and ends up having wasted more time.

Zouma/Tomori was by far our best centre back partnership last season ... and yet Tomori has been relegated to the fringes behind even Christensen and Rudiger for over a year now ... most puzzling.

Good luck to him anyway.

There’s a future fee agreed that if AC Milan chose to pay then we are obligated to accept. The player can still refuse the offer though.

Milan currently losing 2-0 to Atalanta with Tomori on the bench. Maybe they should have started him  :laugh2:

Really disappointed with the loan, what makes it even more bizarre was that Tomori was Frank’s best player at Derby, even better than Mount.

It makes no sense to me, I honestly feel he could become our best centre back (Silva aside).

I guess we’ll never understand why he was suddenly out of the team, I donf remember him making as many mistakes as the lanky streak of piss that is Christensen.

Good luck, no doubt Milan will snap you up.
