Weird, but I do hope we end up trying something new at CWC to see how it fares against teams playing for real and not just a pre-season game.

Gusto at RW should be way better than Gusto as RB in Maresca's system. Either get past his defender and put a cross or recycle the ball, less chances of f**king up at the back.

Gusto on the wing actually makes sense. We only have 2 wingers in the squad. What's the point of running madueke and neto to the ground .

We also need to buy a capable left back because Cucurella isn't a machine

He has Tyrique George though, and this is the perfect tournament to test his level. Starting a RB at RW instead of a RW is just diabolical.

Well we have Veiga who he opted to leave behind. Apparently we are interested in Hato from A**x. Can’t see it though; he sees Cucurella as a key player and won’t rotate him. Anyone coming here will have splinters sitting on the bench

This single player strolling onto the pitch reminds me of the swimming events last Olympics. Fewer shaven pecs on display, though.

 
It is weird how we were expected to win this group with ease...I think this one is very much in the balance. Brilliant test to the boys.

5 English lads starting again for us. In the late 90's we were the side that started first non-english lineup first time ever I think. Now we are the Prem side that has most English born players.
