Same here, I can only see 11 - 20 (the second picture) by going through a proxy. I've been using this one:

You have to think of this picture thing in a Scottish accent, which is why the cow is a Highland one. We Scots say "cow" when we want to be posh, but at other times we talk about a "coo" ... Does that help?
