The stupid loud mouthed Manc got what was coming. Sorry, but he waltzed right into Henderson's right. Also the wee scouse fella in his corner was telling him to round out in the other direcion so as not to walk into Henderson's right. He failed to listen and the next thing he knows, he's on the mat stiff!

It really was an absolute haymaker.....Henderson even "hard stepped" into it, and turned his head away from Bisping in order to make sure he get everything behind him. Then he landed a forearm smash with Bisping on the matt, just for good measure.

Bisping got shown up for having a very naive game plan, but Henderson's final punch, when he admitted he knew Bisping was out, was disgusting and I hope he gets cited for it.

If MMA is to get wider acceptance as a legitimate sport, then actions like that, along with Lesnar's childish WWE-style gloating, have to stop.

The respect between GSP and Alves is what MMA should be about, not people acting like crass redneck thugs.
