Hi from northern New South Wales blue boys. Thoughts on Mat Ryan (I’m biased sorry) in goal,  with the kepa problems we have? Good with his feet and no ego suits the lampard mould. Would Maddison help Abraham, mount and pulisic find Feet and the net?? Come on the blues tonite against Jose!

As also a Genk fan and have seen him playing a lot. I think we should aim higher than Matt.

Ryan is 184cm so even shorter than Kepa.

I think we need a goalkeeper who is a bit more physical imposing than that.

As an Aussie, I like Mat Ryan but I don't think he's at the level that we're looking for as a potential replacement to Kepa.

We need someone at 188-195cm tall whose reflexes are good and can command the penalty area. Being good with his feet is a bonus but the person just need to be able to pass it to Jorginho or Tammy tbh.
