Where did you hear that? not seen anything myself. 

Only seen his YouTube highlights but he looks quite exciting, like a young bale, with that pace and left foot.

It’s a rumour doing the rounds on Twitter but no one particularly reliable is running with it yet. We’ve had a long standing interest in Bailey so although the rumour is flimsy at best I thought the player worth a mention at least cause if we do sell Willian you’ve got to think Bailey is someone we’d be looking to bring in.

I've heard we interested a couple of months ago, not sure how much truth there is in it, but I read that it is a very complicated deal, due to Bailey's dad wanting funding,or a partnership between chelsea, and his football academy in Jamaica. 

He would be a good signing I think, even if Willian stays, although I'm not if we could afford to have them both.

Come on Chelsea, this is the guy to get, he looks quality and I'm sure he's a Chelsea fan as well, I read somewhere.

 
Reminds me of hazard or Robben before we signed them, him and Hazard with Pedro and Hudson Odoi backing them up would be perfect 

 
Worthwhile buying him now in my view while Pedro is still here. Gives him a year to settle before he has to be the main guy.

He's 20 so we shouldn't expect Messi but his raw underlying qualities particularly his acceleration and balance should mean he makes a good buy regardless of his goals and assists at the moment.

 
according to Standard we are now having doubt whether to chase Bailey as Willian looks set to stay. as if I need anymore reason to dislike the guy...

I don’t think Willian staying should affect our pursuit of Bailey.  We could certainly use them both, we will most likely play 50+ matches this year if we go deep in the Europa League.
