I am usually a very rational person and will give people the benefit of the doubt. But Gusto? I can't stand the bloke. He embodies everything I hate in modern day football.

Last night he was once again shocking. Gave the ball away for fun but worst of all is how he goes down at every opportunity following the slightest challenge. And when he's down he will stay down, despite the opponents coming away with the ball and threatening to score. And he does it all the time. He's a complete embarrassment and I never want to see him wearing a CFC shirt again. f**k off Gusto and take Fofana with you.

There are players that have left the club because of this wet lettuce being. Players that may well have not been good enough but still better than him. Alfie Gilchrist was not good enough, but better than this twat. Sam Rak Sahki, better than this inverting clown. This is the thing that fcks me off the most. How many players slip by without us having the chance to develop them whilst frauds like Gusto, Fofana, Disasi, Badiashile, Garnacho clog up the squad with their sh*t attitudes and pi$$ poor performances
 
Malo Gusto is a truly awful footballer and a bang average athlete.

If Palestra is fit he starts.
If Palestra isn't fit Josh starts.
If Josh isn't fit Reece starts.
If Reece isn't fit Caicedo starts.

There is absolutely no reason Gusto should be seeing minutes on the pitch in his preferred position, nevermind elsewhere on the pitch.
 
After being exposed to Gusto & Fofana & Badiashille & Disasi & I’ll even lump Nkuku in here, what the f**k is wrong with the French education system? Some of the lowest IQ sh*t for brains individuals I’ve ever come across.
 
He needs to start looking for another club and be gone in January. TBH, was gutted City didnt sign him in the summer, wish they had. He will go on and do well, but not with us, I dont want his stinking attitude anywhere near the club. Offers nothing but petulance.

I was incandescent with rage at that point. He had already gone down a few times at that point but that was the final straw. I was screaming expletives at the TV and thankfully he was removed shortly afterwards. Maybe Xabi heard me!

And what about when the ball went to him from the Liverpool keeper who was well out of his goal? I'm not saying it was even a chance, but any player worth their salt would have tried something. But not Gusto. Of course the ball went backwards.
 
I feel like there's an open goal here for any of the contrarians/wind-up merchants: 'Gusto's an entirely competent player and you're all being unfair'

Because he is. Is he our starting rb? He is not, I don't need my backup rb to be great.

Kind of does need to be if you are aiming to be a top team otherwise you might as well just use an academy player.

If you are aiming to be a top team you are not thinking let's upgrade my backup rb. Once you are already a top team who play in cl every season then you can talk about backup rb

Malo Gusto is a waste of squad funds. He should not be our back up right back. He is not even okay, he is a detriment to the team every time he plays.

Palestra starts.
If he’s unfit, play Josh.
If he’s unfit, play Reece.
If he’s unfit, play Caicedo.
If he’s unfit, play an academy player.

Keep Malo away from the pitch.
