Have to second this. Podolski is usually one of our staples when it comes to International play and he was just anonymous.

I expect better of him in the future... Internationally speaking of course.

No way, he was quality in all the other games!

I can only add to the calls for Young. He was truly terrible - how he was still on the pitch to take a penalty is beyond me. Other than that I think Kerzhakov was awful (spray gun finishing), and old Arjen was extremely good at just cutting inside and cocking shots up.

From an England perspective, Young was appaling and shouldn't even have been in the team, let alone still on fo a pen shootout after hacving been sh*t all 120 minutes. Hodgson really dropped the ball massively on that.

Robben for me. For a player who has made two CL finals and a WC final in the space of three years, he was pretty disappointing.
