New manager merry go round

I will laugh my arse off if Potter turns around and tells Todd to do one, which i would not be surprised by at all.

I don't think Potter will leave Brighton in the sh*t after a month of the PL start. But he would be my favourite.

I hope it's not Pochetino, never rated him and he stayed way too long at the Spuds.

Zidane is an unknown for me. Never rated the way he coached Real Madrid, but he got brilliant results with them. Though I always heard that he had a lot of conflict when at R Madrid and not all was rosy.

It wasn't long ago that Potter went through a good stretch of games where Brighton looked clueless and their fans booed the team...

So Sky sports say we are looking to talk to Graham potter, with Zidane and Poch, high on list

first jobs in the Intro
1. Sort new Captain
2. Identify the best XI, (Obvious i know)
3. Throw Tuchels tactics book on the fire
4. Smile with sincerity, not through gritted teeth
5. lastly for a while, 'Don't throw players under the bus, and scream like a loony
6. @Munkworth get Nigel person in for the fiiiiiiiiiight
McClaren DoF to sort out the terrible carpet situation and Dyche as manager for the inspirational .WAVs.

I had the feeling this was already on the cards and may have contributed to the half-arsed performances the players have been putting in lately. The result/performance last night gives the board the justification to get rid of Abramovic's guy and appoint one of their own. Tuchel is also a pretty volatile guy so I can imagine there might have been some tension behind the scenes. Presumably the board will already have somebody in mind and have some kind of preliminary agreement. If not, and this really is a reactionary sacking to a rocky start to the season with a destabilised squad, then it's f**king ludicrous.

Anyway, out of all the rumoured candidates, I'd like to see Potter here. Pochettino looks a decent manager but is nothing special, and definitely not somebody you'd sack Tuchel for. I have no idea about Zidane as a manager because any semi-competent coach would have some success at Real, but I could imagine Boehly being tempted by the 'glamour' factor of having such a legendary name at the helm.

Potter has been approached according to Mat Law.

This whole scenario reeks of Tottenham infiltration :

Goldstein on the board and a co-owner ... Mitchell touted as incoming DoF ...  Pochettino as the new manager ...  (who Mitchell worked with at both Southampton and Spuds)

Hansi Flick or Enrique for me but no chance they leave the internationals just before the World Cup. So probably be between Potter Zidane and Poch, Potter is a big risk not experienced at the very top level, Zidane has only ever had to deal with one of the very best squads in the world and poch is spud scum which will not go down well with the fan base, complete mess all of this.

Zidane doesn't speak English. So we could also take a look at Bielsa

Jose Mourinho.... Carlo Ancelotti.... Antonio Conte....

....Graham Potter!

Big changes at this club now folks!

Eddie Howe is doing a good job at Newcastle

there is some hope

well if we get Potter at least it's the one who i would have most liked to replace him although i don't agree with sacking TT
Agree with this, he seems like he has the makings of a top top manager and only a matter of time until he ends up at a top club.
The timing and circumstances are far from great. Just please not Poch!
