Pedro Neto *Official*

Lets be honest. Do you look at the previous posters posts and think it is justified criticism. It is non stop, borderline trolling. And it is obvious it is more hate than not thinking the player is not good enough.

He actually said, ‘two tap in btw’ as if that was bad thing when both goals were not tap ins. A true fan who wanted a player to do well would never respond like that and that is why I dont regards his criticisms as fair. He just doesnt like the player.
It's a bit over the top, but it came across that you weren't signalling out one person for the criticism of Neto and was aiming it more at anybody that has been regularly critical of him.

If I am being honest, I am surprised the amount of people that do not like him and think he is sh*t. I think he is a good but frustrating player but one I definitely think should be in the squad.

However most criticisms, even I disagree comes from a constructive point of view but others as the poster I previously mentioned, I think it is more personal and makes me question would they rather see the player fail or succeed.

Sorry, if it was taken as calling people out. I just feel I am in a minority who thinks he is a good player.

You chose not to enter this thread because he did something positive and also created Joao Pedro’s goal so of course you kept quiet.

Most of this thread is literally full of you posting the same old ‘he is terrible’, ‘absurd’ etc then posting GIFs. Your funnily quiet when he does well. I knew you had an agenda when you decided to weirdly criticise him after the Arsenal game.

No he does not need to go. Nonsense. He is a valuable squad player who is proving his worth. Fofana is no way near the same regard as Neto.
I chose not to enter this thread because I was spending time with my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you for ruining it with your multiple @‘s to me.

Yes, because most of the time that’s what he’s doing. Being sh*t. Notice how the thread isn’t full of you saying what a great game he’s had? Because he very rarely has them. Cause and effect.

Both over paid man children that offer the bare minimum in the respective roles.

Perhaps if you are in the minority it’s simply because you’re wrong?

very different neto turning up for us this season.
basically been given a job to offer width, run a wing imo, get to byline, see it on opposite side with Hato who has 3 assists for us getting to the byline. Cavarria has one as well getting width.
Picks the wrong final pass far too often, but cant fault his effort.
Will be interesting to see how he is used when palestra is fully fit.

You chose to not enter this thread because he scored 2 goals and you cannot bare to see it.

If he had a sh*t game, I am sure you would have found time nevertheless. The thread is not full of people saying he had a great game because they are doing it in the amin match thread. Anyway thanks for showing your real side. Check the definition of ‘tap-ins’ btw.

If you use your eyes, you will see I’ve not been on any thread since the final whistle. As I said, family time comes first. I’m sorry you don’t have the same outlet with a loving family and instead spend your weekend shouting on a forum, it if I was waiting 3 seasons for someone to have a good game I guess I’d have been eager as well.

Up the Chels

He's had a great start to the season, but I'm not gonna indulge in this revisionist history. The bloke was an attack vacuum as a winger for us, misplaced crosses constantly and rarely contributed to goals. If he was still playing as a winger he'd be doing the exact same thing, but as a wing back he fits it very well because it plays to his strengths and limits his weaknesses.
In fairness so was Jesper but he still holds a place in our hearts for one goal whilst he was slipping over. Bless him.

Lol look at you getting personal. Getting upset because you cannot handle the truth. I am surprised you have a daughter with your immaturity. Hopefully she doesn’t turn out to be as spiteful as you are. I feel sorry for her honestly.

But anyway down your sorrows. Up the Chels!

Upset? Go read back the last few years of you crying about people saying nasty hurty words about Lomba.

Very weird to now be talking about my child in such a way, probably for the best that women continue to avoid you so you don't have any.

Credit with the finishing today. The big thing for me was being in the right places to help Josh when we didn’t have the ball.

Last season he would not track players or sprint back when we lost possession. If this carries on he will be a good asset to the team.

Your making yourself look like a twat in all honesty. No one agrees with you. You resorted to family and got personal, simply because you was rattled with me calling you out. Don’t give what you can’t take.

Made the difference today on top of a very solid team performance. Agree with earlier comments as a winger his output and final ball quality was not enough. Seems to be embracing the wing back role and hugging the touchline plays to his strengths. Also like how often this season he is getting to the byline.
Two well taken goals today was the quality we needed. Nice job.

He has the right attitude, embraced the new role, and seems to be popular in the dressing room. There are a lot of wingers out there today who would also benefit from dropping the ego and embracing their inner wing back.

The best thing about Neto this season is that he has mostly abandoned that dinked cross he always did last season and has gone back to his Wolves days where he would be hitting low crosses across the box.

Every single player in our attack under Alonso is like watching a different player to what we were seeing under Maresca and Rosenior.

Great goals .. need more of the same.. he gets into a lot of good positions but makes poor decisions.. I think he is improving that side.. but for a club like Chelsea in this system the standard is TAA or Alba or alves etc.. he needs to be more consistent.. I also think that Josh had an amazing game- apart from one lapse he basically took are of business against grealish ( looked like garnacho) and our boy George..

I've not thought much of him (would prefer to see Estavao in his position) but yesterday I thought he worked hard, and for once, showed a bit of composure in front of goal - whether that's down to him or the new coach or new experienced players coming in and calming things down who knows...

Estevao as a wing back would be like buying a Ferrari and parking it in Toxteth with the window down, the key in the ignition and the sat nav set for the benefit office.

You’ve already admitted 2 posts back that you’re in the minority. Self admittedly no one agrees with you.
