Reece James

Speedy recovery to Reece. He's had rotten luck on the injury front.

This is Palestra's moment to step up and fill the void left by James' absence.

Damn, feel for James. Came off a great season last year compared to recent years, and was building. Nothing about knee surgery sounds minor, but hopefully this was more a cleanup type surgery than a significant repair.
Wishing James a quick and full recovery

In that CL run and the start of the next season under Tuchel I thought we had the best RB in the world for the next 10 years. It's f**king tragic that his career has basically derailed. But we have to be honest - when was the last time he actually put in a world class performance for us? That game against Arsenal in the midfield is the only one I can think of basically since his first injury problems under Tuchel. He's just a luxury player now, who might be fit sometimes, and will put in average performances for the most when he is fit.

I have all the time in the world for Reece James.

Hope he has a good recovery and comes back stronger. I’m not having any of this ‘luxury player’ nonsense. He’s born and bred Chelsea. 💙
I may not love Reece as much as you do but he'll retire in a wheelchair the way this is going

Normally I'd be frustrated, but Acheampong has looked to make that RCB position his own now.
Prophetic words, looking at today's performance from Josh. He was late on the bus because he had to go into Moyes' office and empty his pockets to give back Grealish and George

First half I felt he was shaky. Grealish was Everton's main outlet in that period.
