If you don't fancy your posts to be discussed then it would be a yes, if you look at the larger picture of what he contributed to this forum I would say he is sorely missed given his understanding of the game and experience.

It is a real shame when members who make very decent contributions end up getting banned but in Hutch’s case, it had been heading that way for some time.

Those who dared to disagree with his views would often face a tirade of abuse and he over-stepped the line time and again. You know (and they know) when they are in the wrong when they make a post of a couple of hundred words just to explain their previous post. In his latter posts it was coming across like he owned the forum and it was becoming more like something out of Animal Farm.

I miss his worthwhile contributions, of which there were many, but not the constant slanging matches when a thread didn’t quite go how he wanted it to.
