Does anyone know the earliest time you can join the electonic queuing

system before tickets become available at 7am to members?  

I was logged in the ticketing system at  6.45am this morning and still didn't get any

West HAM tickets, should I have been on there 5 am or earlier?

Does anyone know at what time there is any point in joining the electronic

queuing system?

 
Its just a crapshoot really, there doesnt to be much cirrelation between the time you enter and how long it takes to get in

 
Getting in early makes absolutely no difference what so ever.

This is the problem with the 'virtual waiting room', it's not actually a queue based on who attempted to enter first, it is essentially just a holding area which will keep refreshing you every 15 seconds or so and if there happens to be a space at that time you will get through.

I have had three devices on the go before and the one I attempted to log on with last got in first.

 
Yeah I use my laptop, phone and desktop. Not sure if that gives me 3 goes instead of 1 but I do it anyway.

 
One time I left it at the log in page all night and set an auto refresh on it every 15 minutes or so, seemed to work and I was in at 7.

 
no secrets here...best way is to open a tab and join the q at just before 7am ..there is no point before as the link is closed...then every few minutes open another tab, if possible open several tabs on different devices like a computer, pad, phone...   then you will need to click each and see if any got through...consider the spinning wheel on the waiting room page as a roulette wheel, each time it stops it will try and log in but its not trying to log in while it is spinning so have wheels stopping one after the other not at the same time.....normally takes me about 20 mins for one of the tabs to get through but if there is more than one game then it takes a lot longer..   ps I have a spare Stoke city away ticket if anyone is interested...

 
A favour, please. I'm trying to login to the Friends and Family from the tickets page on the club website but login keeps hanging. Anyone else having the same problem? Thanks in advance.

Ticket login now working. 

A mate of mine who is also a ST holder phoned me last night and told me he was going to buy a ticket for Derby away in the Capital Cup. Just in case he couldn't buy a ticket he asked if I could on his behalf. 

I logged into the ticket purchase page at 6.55pm. I spoke to my mate and he had logged in at 6.15. Spoke to him  few minutes ago and he was still stuck in the virtual waiting room. I, however, had managed to purchase a ticket at about 7.15 on his behalf. Just shows it's not first come, first served. 

 
as I said previously it is totally random, I used to open one tab and wait hours and then got frustrated when I did get through to be told sold out!!   it didn't help matters when people told me they logged in at 8am and got on almost right away and got a ticket....   anyway I have spare tickets for Derby away and Spurs at home if anyone is interested..

 
The club should be noted of this issue and it should be by queuing time. If everyone catches on to open multiple tabs its just gonna slow it all down for everyone as there are so many more requests for the system to go through.

 
The fact of the matter is demand for tickets. we have 105,000 members. trying to get the remaining 9,000 tickets.  

 
Would the system not work better if all tickets sold on a loyalty point basis, obviously starting a good bit lower than the games in higher demand. Even start at say 10 points therefore cuts out folks travelling to London for a weekend and can just as easily buy a membership and ticket? Just a thought
