Have to agree. It was always fairly obvious to me and probably most Chelsea supporters how good JT was on the ball and his range of passing with either foot and his decision making. Supporters of other teams never seem to see it but I think they were blinded by the hate.

Someone posted clips from a Villa forum recently and their impression of JT. A number said that they were surprised by his passing. Wtf have they been watching this past 15 years.

 
Jones is a thick idiot but Pickford should have done better at the end there for Hazard's goal.

Eden loves tearing Jones a new one.

don't forget about some of the other players that Chelsea used have. IMHO De Bruyne, Diego Costa & Lukaku have been pretty good as well. I admit that I really feel that Chelsea will regret breaking up this trio

Eden should stay just for the fact that he can play against jones twice a year lol, don't really care about letting go Lukaku but KDB really hurts since we never really found a great RW in a while .

Cant forget about Mikel too , he had a good tournament ;)

 
Hazard vs Jones 1 on 1 , there's only one outcome. Kane will get the golden boot but damn that was 'cheap', 5 goals against the mighty Tunisia and Panama, 1 penalty, and pretty much no shots on goal in the next 3 games. Like Southgate said, they might not get an opportunity like this again. It's true, any other world cup you'd play against a Brazil or Germany ( or both) before the Semi.

Everything is unpredictable you just need to do your best, after all we won the Champions League with a temporary manager - RDM.

If Lovren had got yellows as football365 thought (3 offences) then maybe we would be playing today not sure that would change the outcome though.

 
French players nervous. They know it won't be an easy game. They lost to a Ronaldo-less Portugal 2 years ago, Croatia will be well up for it.

 
Harsh decision. At full speed, it looks accidental. The ref had a chance to view it slowed down about 5 times before he made his mind up.........clear and obvious error? i don't think so. He needed about 4 views before making his mind up.
