Would you sit if there were Terraces available at Stamford Bridge.

Would you welcome the terraces back with open arms if offered?

After reading the dossier of different parts of the Bridge i wondered how many people would sit down if they had the option of a terrace.

The Shed was my first experience at the Bridge, nothing has ever compared to those days. Definitely would stand the whole time.

I would certainly give it a go but the problem for a short arse like me is being able to see - if you're standing in seated area you're spaced out so your nose isn't pressed up against the bloke in front so you've got a chance of seeing.  But yeah, I'd like to stand on the terraces again!

I can't handle standing for two hours anymore, not unsustained anyway.

Depends who I was there with. If I was there with another Chelsea fan or on my own then it sounds a lot of fun but if I was there with my girlfriend or my parents (when I was younger) then I'm pretty sure they would rather sit. As much as it takes away from the atmosphere, there's a family zone for a reason.

Would definitley stand. Brentford away last year was my first experience of terracing (with chelsea) - it was brilliant.

Love standing but news the sit down at half time as the knees can't take it :L

Unfortunately I wasn't around when Chelsea had terraces, I would have loved to have been stood there jumping around and singing my heart out, so if there was an option to stand then yes I would.

Standing for me all day long, not sure i could handle it as packed as was back in the day though. I know my bladder could'nt.

I'd love to stand.

Not sure about having someone piss down your leg though.

Mind you, some people pay good money for that.

Would LOVE to go back to standing. That's the way football was meant to be watched.

I'd try it - but I like to sit - a regret of mine is when my dad took me to my first Chelsea match when I was 7. He asked if I wanted to stand and I said "no thanks" as I didn't think it sounded fun to stand for 90 minutes, wish now I'd had the experience though I probably wouldn't have enjoyed it much as a 7 year old!

I want a nice comfortable seat and a good atmosphere and to be able to stand up without being told off when it's necessary (eg last 10 minutes of a cup game!!)

Stand for sure and bring back singing knees up mother brown, always good for a bundle!

I would love to stand but im absolutely certain there will be the dumb irritants still pronouncing..." sit down will you"

I'd sit, i'm a lazy bar steward.
But you said you never go to games anyway, what with all that nasty singing and jumping up when we score and all that sh*t.

Any road up, in answer to the question, I'm way too old to be standing all through a match, so it would be just like I am now, sitting down and jumping up all the time, standing up 'cos I hate tottnum and generally just doing what old blokes do.  Did my time on the terraces, though and wouldn't have missed it for the world.
