As long as we don't end up with a shirt looking like a pack of Fruit Pastilles like that Scotland away sh*t I don't mind too much about our kits.

I'm a bit bored of black kits though, they always look boring and uninspiring. 

I'll be pleased if yellow makes a return.

Dunno, what's Bayern Munich wearing this year?
We always get what they had the previous season as 1st kit.

 
I remember that when rugby players started wearing tighter shirts, they said it was so the opposition found it more difficult to grab them to pull them back.

That's right, and if I remember rightly, Italy and Roma then started wearing tight shirts, Kappa were the kit manufactures I think? Then I'm pretty certain Spurs released a tight shirt also.

Yeah it was kappa, I remember it well, I was younger and decided to wind my old man up telling him I was a massive Italy fan, made him get me a shirt, they then went on to win the World Cup, he was not happy. I think they decided to get rid of em because fans probably weren't bothered about how difficult other fans found it to pull them back

 
One interesting point I just though about is that preorders and sales (when they go up) for the home shirt this year will be well down because we are in the title race . 

I know I wont be ordering early because of the possibility of gold PL badges . I'd imagine there must be quite a few people waiting to see whether we win or not before committing to a purchase .

But orders don't ship until a certain date, if we win the league they use gold badges if we don't they use regular badges... You wouldn't pick gold or regular it would be decided on where we finish.

That's true my friend.....Touche . Assuming they don't ship till after the last EPL game that is ....

 
As a larger lad, I too love the baggy fit shirts from the 90s/early 00s. My favourite home shirt was the classic kit we wore in the cup final against Boro. I also love the yellow third shirt we used the following season, which I still wear. The more tight fit shirts means I have to stretch to triple XL which makes me feel a fat sod when out buying kit. Bring back the baggy fit shirts I say.

My brother has the current Bayern home shirt, its the same Adidas template as they used for our current home shirt. Same material only instead of the vertical stripe detail, they have the traditional Bayern diamond pattern, same v neck/sleeve cuffs/ different colour stripes.

I think these mock ups could possibly be legit. Look at the stripe pattern on the breast, its almost the same as the striping on Spain's new world cup home shirt. Looks to be the same material too.

I like both mockups, but they both seem a bit plain to be honest. But I guess I'm just expecting too much. I'll still buy them anyway. Allegedly our 3rd kit for next season is navy blue and white. That intrigues me.

Anybody seen any other possible leaks? On a side note, how hideous is the new Arsenal home shirt? Looks like something a cyclist would wear in a race. Puma kits are shocking. Makes me glad to have Adidas.

 
Yeah, they are but I hope there's more to them and less plain when they're finalised. Though I have a feeling the official releases are going to be held back throughout our European run.I'd love to see more blue and gold. Last year's home shirt was a touch of class.

 
Not really related to kit news but I didn't want to start a new thread.......

Who is going to get the number 10 shirt next year ? Surely it wont be left vacant? Must be Eden or a new striker .  I think it would look lovely on Eden and if he got it i would probably have to get him on my home shirt again .
