Sounds like United are desperate. 

Completely different profile to FDJ too, much more physical and less progressive. 

He improves them, a lot, bit then again Tom Cleverley would start in this United midfield.

Don't count your chickens, they need a lot more than a single (non PL proven player) in midfield to fix that dysfunctional side. 

Casemiro might have to adapt his game, not playing for Real and getting away with murder week in week out. 

 
They should probably start by signing a goalkeeper who can actually kick the ball to a competent standard. 

Hey, I hear there's a Spanish international with Premier League and Champions' League experience they can get on the cheap; he's a World Champion no less!

Depends if he gets the no card free pass that Rodri and Fabinho have.  Or any Spurs player when Taylor is reffing.

with Maguire and the midget behind you you really need to take a lot of yellows for the team 

 
Imagine being Casemiro and coming into that team and seeing Maguire of all people being the leader and captain

Blimey, manyoo have paid 72m€ + 13m€ add ons. I hope Madrid included an add on to pay if ManU did not get relegated, just for the laughs.

 
It’s a great signing, age no issue as he’s a proper Madrid type athlete and will no doubt be going strong like Kroos & Modric. The ‘environment’ isn’t right there though, so who knows, United just lack so much depth in midfield to properly utilise him.

We’ll see

Casemiro is a really good player, but I am not sure he would have suited how we play and I don't think he suits ten Hag's style either. Strange signing for United, but at the same time, he's easily an upgrade on anything they currently have. If they were to sign De Jong as well (don't think it will happen) then they suddenly have a world class midfield.

Truth be told our midfield is just as bad as United's when one of Kante or Kovacic doesn't play. 

If Tuchel allegedly thinks this isn't an issue and sees no problem sticking Gallagher as a #6, then he's digging his own grave.
