Not sure but Ballack should be ready soon. He has played with the reserves a bit so he must be ready soon. Doubt he'll play against Arsenal though.

As for Malouda I have no idea. Don't think his injury is that serious so I can't see him being out for too long.

I hope that both are back within a few weeks atleast. We need all the players we can get now.

Hopefully Cech can play against A*se atleast. Carlo has done well so far but against the Gunners I prefer to have our world class keeper back

Yeah against Arse Alex would be to slow, he has looked better recently but against Arse i dont know. Chech is always missed when injured no matter who we play even though Carlo has done a good job.

 
Ballack and Cech are apparently back for the Arsenal game, Cech was targeting playing today but probably wasn't quite ready.

As for the game, I thought we started very well but took our foot of the pedal a bit and after half time Sunderland came back into it but didnt have the quality to really test us. They were limited to long range shots which never really troubled Carlo.

Great to see Sheva score and I thought he did ok, there was a few flashes of the old Sheva, especially when he knocked the ball past the defender, skipped round him to his left and played the ball in.

A guy behind me today said "The Champions League must be really crap for Shevchenko to get 50-60 goals"

I was just discussing this at flashback.se, its unbelievable how much hes raised to the sky by people even those that arent Liverpool fans.
