anelka off the bar...could have had a hat-trick today! can hear the fans now lofty!

Ancelotti seems to do no wrong but c'mon why Belletti when we would need Studge more.

Bos was lively early on and might need a rest or as Lofty say's had a bit of a knock and I don't think it's a bad idea for Carlo to check out Belletti at RB instead of in the midfield..

would think he would give Drogs a rest and bring Sturridge on for the last 15 or so

That seems strange, 3-0 up seems ideal to bring on the less tested players..I expect Kalou will go and score now though

Belletti needs match time coming back to fitness. But I'd have much rathered seeing Sturridge some on over Kalou. Would still like to See Strurridge get some time. He needs it for practice if he's going to be cover during the ACN

Ballack off for Mikel. Ballack man of the match. Will let Essien roam further up the pitch now, which he has been starting to do. Deco has been anonymous

Mears clears it off the line from a Kalou effort

Good win, good performance, if it wasnt for their keeper we couldve hit 6 or 7.

Only gripe was seeing Kalou come on and not Sturridge when we were 3 up. That really frustrated me.

Hope McLeish can do us a favour against T*TT*nh*m now.

well played Chelsea. Ballack man of the match for me. Seemed assured on the ball, got a goal, and his passing was great.

Where was Deco?

After a couple of early scares, and despite some poor passing, the biggest wonder is that we only won 3-0. Never mind Anelka, on another day, Michael Essien could have had a hattrick!

It would have been nice so Sturridge get some time on the pitch, but overall no complaints. Another win, another clean sheet - bring 'em on!

Got to give credit to Burnley's goalie - some magnificent saves.. Bison's strike, Ballack's header..

Great save by Jensen to deny Essien a goal. Another great save by Jensen to deny Ballack a goal off a flick header from a corner.

I guess my statement about Jensen not really looking great due to us shooting right at him in the first half was changed by Jensen's diving stops in the second half.

Still, 3-0 is a very good result.
