Forum Update

Done as you suggested Mod and it's solved the problem, so what is the problem? and who's end is it at?

Just on issue when you are not on the mobile version using your phone everytime you click a topic amazon gets highlighted and selected, its like the amazon ad is highlighted all over the page!

I dont use the full version a lot in my phone but sometimes I fancy it!

Yeah Ive been having the same problem, you have to zoom right in to be able to select a button.

 
any movement yet on mobile version and thread page nos ?

 
I was going to post to you today. There has been an update (to an update) and the mobile version seems a bit more bugfixed. No page numbers, but there will be an arrow to the right of the thread where it will take you to the last read post. I'm not too sure if that was on the last one?

 
I am having a horrible time with the new forum. I am getting kicked out a lot, and some weird things are happening that never happened before. Frustrating!

 
Phil, delete your cookies and cache within tools on your browser. I'm guessing you are using Internet Explorer and it seems to be having a probs with it until that is done.

 
Right this is weird. When I use Google Chrome I can't seem to change my avatar, well infact I can but it soon changes back to the old one. If I delete it it disappears successfully until I attempt to upload a new one, I then have the deleted old one back.

However now I'm using Windows Explorer and the avatar has changed succesfully. But once I switch back and login through Chrome it's still showing the old one :300:

So are you seeing Scooby Doo right now or a Chelsea flag?

 
There's a weird time delay before you see the change in your own avatar - even though everyone else can see it - either that or I'm living in a time warp, which is something I often suspect.

Did I mention "quotes"? :317: :346: :128:

It's just all a bit odd moi. I changed it a couple of days ago but it didn't work. However it works instantly if I log in through Windows.

 
I've just noticed that the missing "Media" button has been replaced by a "Special BBCode" drop down list (which includes Media), that you access by clicking the Blue/Green icon to the left of the Font drop down list.

Plenty of stuff to play with there.

Thanks for getting back to me. Ok, this is what i am seeing in mobile version....

As you can see the number of pages in the thread is now fixed. It used to always say 4 but now its fine so you can tick that one off! However i still cant seem to choose what page to go to on the thread or choose to go the last post in the thread. I seem to get random results when i click on the thread title or if i click on the arrow on the right. It either goes to the start, end or a random post! There doesnt seem to be any pattern to it.

You need to reset your cookies on your Internet Explorer and then can switch back to the normal skin.

I know what you mean, the pages are a bit of a nightmare without it. The post you get to, on clicking the arrow is actually the last post you read in the topic, and it sends you to new replies since last visit. So it does work, but I know what you mean, if there is a 50 page topic and you want to re-read a post on page in the middle, that would mean a lot of clicking the 'prev' button.

 
Anyone else have a problem when they quote a post it shows up twice in the reply? I`m using chrome by the way.
