Who is better and who deserves Cechs spot when he is gone? Also, do you think Cech is the best keeper in the world?

 
Hilario for sure, and no he is not the best in the world, one of the best tho.

 
Based on what I've heard about him, I think Jan Sebek could be just the player to replace Cech. Hopefully he really is as good as his reputation because at the moment I wouldn't want to see Hilario or Turnbull as our #1. Hilario because of his age, as I think Cech will be our #1 for years to come, and Turnbull because I don't think he's good enough.

Hilario but neither is good enough to take over full time. Cech is still very good but not what he was. Still wouldnt swap him for anyone else in the Premier League though, even St Given.

Both are no3s at best and a good backup keeper should be a position we look at in January.

 
i agree we shouldn't really on either of then to ever take over as first choice keeper. remember that time we had to play hilario because cech and the traitor were both injured everyone was worried sick about hilario in goal. i still don't know why we signed turnbull.

because we needed more English players who have come through an English youth set up so we comply with the new ruling

 
Hilario over Turnbull, and Cech isn't the best in the world... ever since the Hunt incident. :rolleyes:

well yeah there's that. i guess there just weren't any better english keepers available.

 
Hilario any day. Great 2nd goalkeeper. Perhaps the best in the world imo.

 
In the future, it will be Matej Delac for sure.

In the immediate future, Hilario is better than Turnbull, for Cech's no.2

 
Hilario is much better than Turnbull. Hilario is generally solid, but Turnbull seems to wreak havoc whenever he goes on the pitch.

Hopefully Cech's not going anywhere...

 
I prefer Hilario but I can't imagine either of the two every playing a significant role for the club, barring an injury of course. I doubt very much they would willingly turn over the keys to either of them and would sign a top level keeper should the need arise.

Are you refering to Cudicini? If so then you are off you rocker. Also, watch out for Val. She wont be happy reading that.
