The 5 that I'd move out (4 of the 12 listed, plus one to accommodate Welbeck) would be Neto, Delap, Jackson, Guiu and then whoever Alonso fancies least out of Satpaev and Emegha

Let me go back to 2 season ago where Maresca default formation was 4 attackers and we essentially had no europe.

Nkunku 800

Mudryk +Felix +George 500

Or Poch season (3 attacker).

All you need is 6 attackers who really can play, 7 if you want to stretch it.

Agree! You would think Palmer, Rogers & Pedro will get 75mins each in every game if they are fit. Ideally Enzo leaves so you can move Palmer into “10”, or sits in midfield (nightmare) which allows you to develop Estevao at RW. Quenda will rotate at RW, or Neto if he stays. That leaves Morgan Rogers at LW, moving into a “10” if Palmer is unavailable. Gittens as RW sub, with Welbeck as backup to Pedro.

Can’t see where Emegha gets mins without European football.

Nope instead they have added Emegha and Barco who quite possibly might join that list, as well as the injured twins Essugo and Lavia adding further issues.

I mean at least they can blame Todd for Fofana.

But hey they can release PR that they are impressed working alongside Alonso. I doubt the feeling is mutual.

Gusto, Jackson & Neto are all good enough to be squad players. The rest absolutely need to go. Including Sanchez.

I think Barco is here to stay and will be replacing Santos. They even made a video for him.

Neto, Enzo and Gusto may well prove some use to Alonso. More looking at the players who are either needing games to see if they have anything, like Anselmino or Essugo, or are just useless and need gone, which Wiley and Paez appear to be heading towards.

 
I didn't think it possible to find anybody more incompetent and a bigger bellend than those imposters we have as Sporting Directors at this club.

Couldn't be happier. Hopefully Winstanley goes as well, but the most important factor to me is that someone higher up is finally held responsible, and hopefully this kickstarts a more transparent model where we actually know who does what.
 
Happy he's gone, however, I think everyone and their dog could have told the owners that 50 sporting directors was unnecessary and it's even more unnecessary when they're sh*te.
 
Apparently, Stewart's sacking departure was in the works well before Boehly left.

Stewart was supposed to define the club’s football identity, run the data department, and shape long-term sporting strategy. He failed across the board. And that’s before you even get to the fact he was responsible for bringing in Badiashile, Garnacho, and Disasi.

This news is genuinely better than half the signings we’ve made.

Winstanley's involvement is only for player sales and contract negotiations, to which you have to give him credit considering the amount of dross we've offloaded for a decent amount. He's the only one I reckon will be looked at as a net positive for the club.

Sam Jewell and Joe Shields are the real parasites, especially the former. I can't imagine they aren't on the chopping block soon.
