Of the clubs he's been linked toApparently Newcastle are interested in signing Bamford:

I agree with all of that, Koeman is the best manager out of himself, Carver and Sherwood by an enormous margin, although I suppose there is no telling who will be in charge of Newcastle next season, or if they'll even be in the Premier League for that matter. Apparently McClaren is the odds-on favourite (those odds will only become shorter if Derby bottle the play-offs); I can't imagine that prospect would go down any better with Boro fans than Bamford going there would.Southampton for me. I think the style of football they play is the closest to our's and that's what we need him to get used to, plus they have a good track record of bringing through young English talent and I don't see that changing.
Oh and of the three clubs Koeman is the only one who isn't either woefully inept or nothing more than a glorified cheerleader.
) will need to prove his chops in a strong league before he gets a chance with us.Happy the club have offered the contract extension, but he's still yet to sign?Happy to announce that he has just signed a 5 year extension with the club, keeping him until 2020!
There is no way that a player with zero Premier League minutes is going to be selected ahead of 3 players as talented and as experienced as our attacking trio.would have kept him here tbh, think he would have challenged any of our strikers (maybe barring costa) for a position.
I'm sure we'll find a way. Even if he scored 20+ goals for Palace next seasonJust been loaned to Palace. Hard to keep him out of the team next year if he does well
