Peter Crouch

Is this a f**king joke? What has gone wrong at this club? First Andy Carroll now Peter f**king Crouch while our rivals are going after the likes of Sanchez. It's almost like winning the league has become a curse for us in some ways. One step forward, 5 giant steps backwards ffs!

Does Marina expect that Conte (or whatever manager she has in mind when she forces Conte out with horrific transfers) will continue to work magic with the absolutely bang average players she brings in while our rivals go for top quality? Does she expect him to continue to turn dust into gold? Or is this Conte sh*tting the bed asking for absolute dross to be brought in? Quite frankly, I'm not sure what situation is worse. 

Should have stayed away from football news like I've done over the past 2-3 months and stuck to matchdays alone. It was better for my sanity. What a bloody mess!

The funny thing is, despite how poorly Bats fits into our system, he is still better than Carrol and Crouch. So replacing him with one of them is completely illogical. So for that reason, I'm going to assume it's BS.

 
If it goes quiet, the media will drum up any old crap, just to get a reaction. 

 
TBF I coud see him fitting in.

Good target man like Conte wants, good feet, obviously great at heading... On a 6 month loan to play in the easy-win games and off the bench in emergencies why not?

 
For a big fella he's got great feet. But at his age, those feet should be resting on the end of a sun lounger, not running out at Stamford Bridge.

Funnily enough i would have actually loved him here in the 00's, but now it's just a step too far.
