My wife is pregnant and a week overdue. We've been booked in to be induced on Wednesday. The birth of my first child could witness Chelsea going through to the CL final on his/her first day. Could be an amazing day.

Come on Jose - give my unborn child an amazing first day!
My son was born the morning after our League Cup final defeat to Spurs in 08.

Only time I didn't care that we lost.

The wife is currently cooking our 2nd, due some time in the next 3 weeks... I'll be telling her to keep her legs crossed on Wednesday.

I think we will go through but most Chelsea fans will get a heart attack before that happens, We will probably go down 0-1 inside the first ten minutes then somehow make a marvelous comeback.

Hmm that looks pretty damn good there - what about travels to England?
Atletico have won a couple of games up at Celtic in the past, but never in England.

In the last 16 years Atletico have only played in England 3 times, 2008,2009 and 2010.

2008 CL group game Atletico drew at the dippers 1-1

2009 we hammered them 4-0 at SB in a CL group game, we dumped them into the Europa league, where Atletico came up against the dippers in the Europa semis in April 2010, Atletico lost this as well 2-1.

The last time Atletico played an English club before 2008^ was in 1998, an UEFA cup semi against Villa, at Villa park Atletico lost 2-1.

JT, if back and fit, would be a huge boost. We need our defense to be the best they have been this season, we must not let Atletico score!

You are damn good w/ those stats there buddy. I remember the '09 match. They had Kun back then.

JT being back fills me with infinitely more confidence, Hazard also looks likely to miss the Liverpool game but there's a good chance he'll be back for the 2nd leg too.

John Terry should be fit after all.
Nice!!! Terry is our key to a rock solid defence. Here's who I'd field

Schwarzer

Ivan terry Cahill azpi

Luiz ramires

Willian Oscar schurle

Eto

However if hazards fit I'd drop ramires, and play willian in cm, he's been a mile better than ramires recently, could be ideal for about 70 mins, hazard would be a lot of trouble for there tired defence. Also if we need to shake things up a bit late on, I'd like to see ba make an appearance, he seems to be getting a bit of a reputation for creating havoc as a late sub.

Alright not to try and take the joy from us all by thinking ahead too much to this game, but if the B team won it for us at Anfield then who is the A team 11 that starts this huge match for us?

Hope to god we win this one
Me as well Bobby, all of us do. I feel less confident than I did for PSG, weird since they had a 2 goal head start but I really rate the overall team of Atletico very, very highly.

Still my gut feeling for the CL has been good for a while this year now and believe we can make it through this game and go on to Lisbon.

Gonna be a tough game, I gotta say call me spoilt but I'd hate to end the season trophy less. A Champions League win would be amazing.

So many questions, is it wise to bring back Hazard for the game, is he fit? If we do not can we break them down? If we do will he break down?

How about JT, should we risk him for the game? If he the key difference?

Will Etoó be fit, should he be risked? He does love scoring at the Bridge. If he is not fit is it Dare to Demba time again or does Torres get picked for his link up play?
