His pace or lack off is quite noticeable in the youtube videos.. not sure about him.. but also dont this Neves is the answer as some folks are posting.. But if adds physicality to our midfield and is decent enough worth a punt.. The last time we had a big man in the midfield we won the league!

 
Apparently A**x are not letting him leave during this window. Presumably because they cannot replace him, as their window has closed.

He won't even show up to training, it's over for them.

 
UPDATE: Edson to Chelsea is practically closed. Until there is a signed contract, it cannot be celebrated, but the two teams are already very close to an agreement and, unless something unexpected happens, the announcement will be made in the next few hours.
