He never was washed up. I think he surrounded himself with English speaking people and didn't ingratiate himself with the local people or learn the language. You have to speak the language when you live in another country if you want to be accepted. Its nonsense for a player of Bale's proven ability to not be selected by Real Madrid. He played well and scored when selected but was treated like an outsider. He did little to assimilate and paid the price.

 
Are we still talking of the possibility of Sancho joining Chelsea? If not, this thread should be somewhere else... 

 
Dortmund turned down £92m for Sancho, I think we should steer well clear of this one. Too much money.

He's spent £230m since he's been there, Lampard has spent £260m. 

I'd hardly say Ole has it rough at Utd. 

Ole: James £16m, AWB £50m, B.Fernandes £50m, Maguire £80m, Van De Beek £35m

Lamps: Kovacic £40m, Mendy £21.6m, Ziyech £36m, Chilwell £45m, Werner £45m, Havertz £72m

Perhaps Utd aren't willing to spend more money for Ole until he performs with what he's got. 

 
Let Dortmund develop him then we swoop him next season or the one after. He's still young and we're in a transitional period anyway.

It fits a pattern. Get CL, spend as little as possible. Miss out on CL, spend some money. As for performing, well need I say any more?

As for Sancho, I reckon he's yours next summer.

That's an interesting prediction.

Sancho might be the one to go to Spain in the future if he doesn't end up in Man Utd next summer, I don't see us signing him but IMO it's worth to consider because if Barcelona wants a new star they might go for him. If Messi is leaving Barcelona there could be a chance that they once again sign a big talent like when they signed Dembele. Sancho is much much less risk of not working out.

Dippers can't afford Dortmund's price. They are not a super-wealthy club. We botched it badly which I knew was going to happen. Chelsea must be favourite if he's coming back to England.

If they sell Salah for a similar amount they can.

Either that or City buy him back. I dont see Marina spending 120mill on one player after how we know she loves to haggle.

It would be quite funny if Marina manages to buy Sancho for around £90 million next season, making Woodward look even more of a clueless prat.

Barca are skint so are Madrid,  Madrid are saving up for Mbappe. And isnt Sancho wanting to come back to England.
