Discuss all transfer deadline deals and rumours in here.

Facts:

1. Harry Redknapp will conduct an interview from his driver's seat

2. Jim White will announce they have the same exclusive 'coming up' about 10 times.

3. Dramatic music will be played all day on SSN

4. There will be at least one shock.

5. Hundreds, thousands of people will be refreshing Sky, BBC etc at their desk all day.

6. The unemployed or those who have taken the day off will be at their respective grounds making general noises behind the presenter.

Anyone got any others?

 
Chelsea will send a player on loan

 
Newcastle fans will be unimpressed by their dealings in the transfer window and call for Kinnear and/or Ashley to resign.

I have a feeling its going to be a quiet one today. I dont think any big deals will go through.

Zaha has gone on loan to Cardiff for the rest of the season.

£15m well spent by United there then.

I wonder what sort of reaction we would have had from the media had we spent £15m on an English promising talent only to let him sit on the bench for six months and then loan him to the team that bottom of the table?

…..and we still won't buy a striker…..maybe another midfielder. :face_palm:  â€¦â€¦â€¦â€¦â€¦â€¦â€¦â€¦..

but as we are so close to the top someone in the boardroom just might say 'f**k it, let's go for it' and then pay waaaaay over the top for someone who can actually score goals as a striker.

 
I think the board are saying, we have enough to get us in the top 4 this season and in the summer we will go out and get a new striker.

I personally would love for us to buy Balotelli today but that wont happen so you can all relax.
