so one game, as opposed to at least 7 or 8 ive seen this season. ask a wolves fan what they think about him, i would be surprised if they werent anything other than dissapointed in him.
they loved him last season

I've read a couple of reports today which indicate that McCarthy is hoping to sign Mancienne on a permanent contract at the end of the season. Mancienne to Wolves permanent?

I'll be well pissed off if we do sell him, he could do a decent job for us at DM or RB.

in which division?
fair point

To be fair I haven't had the chance to watch a full game with him in, can't imagine he's been awful as he's had a lot of starts, but I don't really think he's Chelsea standard anyway.

Wolverhampton plans to maintain conversation with Michael Mancienne on his future in the team 'Wolves', even before the end of the season.

Young defensor his next steps puts football on loan McCarthy was in the team, and the validity of his stay at Molineux Stadium expires at the end of the season. As it turns out, the club is likely to be interested in extending the loan Englishman to their ranks, for a long time.

Everything seems to indicate that a representative of U-21 will want to take any, but the final decision by a defender will have to wait for the next few weeks.

We do not intend to end the season without any talks with the Chelsea and Michael. Then find out if we have to tell him "Thank you and good luck" or something completely opposite. - Spoke to Mick McCarthy.

Well if you haven't watched him in a game yet, I wonder how you can make such a drastic comment? This is a player that has pulled in 2 MOTM performance in the last 3 games that he hass played and one of them was aganist Arsenal.

I see Gilvorak has created a nice video showing Mancienne vs Arsenal - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vovGAa2nW1c...amp;feature=sub

When you see stuff like this, you think hmm, maybe the guy could very much make it at Chelsea. I genuinely believe if it was another player who played like that, there'd be people on here saying "sign him up!" - well this is a lad who's still very young, and we've already got him! \o/

Blimey! Clubcall, their the reason our BT phone got disconnected as a kid!
Mine got disconnected too because of a phone line too, though slightly different to club call

Wolves manager Mick McCarthy has confirmed that it did not intend to discuss the future of Michael Mancienne'a until the end of the season.

Mancienne was loaned in the course of the season at Molineux Stadium and played 30 meetings in all competitions.

He played on the measure in the tactics of the Wolves and is tipped to spend next season at the side of McCarthy.

But McCarthy wants to wait until the end of the season with the negotiations with Chelsea regarding a possible offer.

McCarthy said: Have there been discussions to extend the loan Mancienne? No, and the reason is that if someone asks me about a player who came to us on loan, I want to leave such talks to end the season.

Nobody will take any decision with the players until the end of the season.

Chelsea will want to review all reports from all of its games like this. So do not ask because I know that I get a response.

Will it benefit from the transition Mancienne'a in another season to Chelsea? I have no idea. It makes no sense to talk to me about it until the end of the season.

Playing right now for Wolves against Pompei. McCarthy has him in the defensive holding role.

So far his performance has been mediocre

And 10 minutes into the second half he is hooked. McCarthy sees that he is chasing the game and brings off his DM for another striker.

Not his best performance

Not very helpful quotes from him either (although from his perspective they are understandable) but hopefully Bruma, Kakuta et al will show that you can break through at Chelsea.
