I came across this interesting article at thehardtackle.com.

The author has detailed how Ancelotti successfully employed Diamond formation at Milan with Pirlo,Rui costa,Gattus and Seedorf.

Carlo is trying to repeat the same thing at Bridge , with totally different set of players....but the out of touch players are making the things difficult for him.

But with proper squad selection,belief in youngsters and some much required performance from Key players can bring the team back on track with this formation.
