Inter-War Period Line-ups

Eton Blue at the Chelsea Megastore

Recommended Posts

I have been carrying out a mamoth task of trying to get the full (or proposed) line-up and scorer(s) of every Chelsea match.  The first team is, relatively, easy... as it most of the information since 1950 or so.  However, I am still trying to get loads of info (already I have the scores and dates) of the reserve team.

If anyone can help me, particularly regarding the Inter-War years, I would be extremely grateful.

I do also need some information for the Eastern Counties team for both the 1948/9 and 1949/50 seasons.

This 'exercise' has taken many years and one of the other aspects I concentrated on at one stage was to try to get all of the results for the Youth team, starting in the 1947/8 season when the Blues played as Tudor Rose.  Line-ups are nigh on impossible, but if there are any sons/daughters/grandsons.granddaughters of old players, I would dearly love to hear from you.

Many thanks - do get in touch
