Thought it was time to pass on these wonderful books that have been in my possession for many years,

I have the Chelsea Yearbooks - Vols 1-5 and the Peter Bonetti Book - Leaping to Fame

I can send you a picture as tries uploading but above the 2mb limit, most of these great books are in pretty good condition considering that some are 40 years old!!

I will listen to offers on the set as I don't have an exact price in mind, research has shown that they are valuable and would love them to go to a good BLUES home :-)

Cheers

Sorry to burst your bubble but...the books you're advertising are neither rare or valuable. And that page you've linked to is taking the piss. £50 a time? Do leave it out cocker.

I've still got a tatty old copy of the Chelsea Book no. 5. Some of the pages are missing. So I had a look on eBay. And there it was, £3.00

While I was at it. I bought a copy of the Chelsea Book no.4 for £2.99.

Thanks for the memory jogger.

Not only did I buy Chelsea Book No. 4 for £2.99 and No. 5 for £3.00 from eBay, I also bought Nos.2 and 3 from Amazon for £1.01 and £4.99 respectively.

You won't get too many of these on eBay now, the starter of this thread having alerted the rip-off merchants of the possibility of making a few easy quid. You don't have to spend too much time on eBay to know exactly the kind of clever c**t I'm referring to.

Copies of Chelsea Book No. 1 have also been mysteriously snapped up. Not to worry, I'll have that another time. At a sensible price.
