May 3, 20188 yr Hi guys: First at all, apologies in advance for what it may seem as a bizarre request of help. Last week I was listening to an interview with Antonio Conte in RAI Radio Uno. It was a very interesting one and he talked at length about the relationship with his players, especially during his Juve period, but also with Chelsea, although he was careful not to name names. Anyway, at some point during the interview he said something interesting – he mentioned a book he had recently read called “Of Mountains and Men” and he said he wished all his players could read it. Based on a true story, apparently the book is about the importance of values and team spirit and making the most of the moment, which he deemed as essential conditions to success not just in football but in life as well. The way Antonio talked about the book caught my attention and I have been wanting to buy it. However, it is not as easy as seems – I have been searching the net, and apparently it’s sold only in a couple of places – the Oxford Alpine Club and Amazon, but none of them seem to have paperback copies any more, and I fear it may be discontinued. I was wondering if any of you have heard about or even read the book. Is it as good as Antonio made it look? If so, I’d really appreciate any info about where to buy it. Thank you in advance!
