Theres a nice, but not that new multiplayer football game called TPM Football! Been around since 2014.

It's inspired by classics like Swos and Netsoccer. Human goalkeepers, 11v11 play on 3 servers, foul system. Although these servers are a bit empty now. Super low specs.
