Names aside, what features do you want in the new manager?

an attacking mindset?

a proven track record in England?

a proven track record in the Champions League?

a history of success in international football (ie. the World Cup)?

a proven track record in the transfer market / an eye for talent?

a good motivator?

a strong disciplinarian?

someone whose strong tactically?

etc, etc

Obviously all of the above would be nice. But what is it that you consider to be most important features our new manager should have?
