  1. He's the best 1 IMO to get us out of this mess, calm the players, make them feel valued and bring a professional feel back to the club...in that second season Wilkins was sacked which affected the whole team morale but Carlo still managed to pull us back to second by the end. Class attacking manager I'd love him back
  2. It's also about the style of football and the development of youth buddy - not just form and results. No one is saying they want Mourinho axed, just pointing out that even when we play well under Mourinho its not as satisfying as playing well under other managers. IF Mourinho can resolve it and the get the team playing better football like we all crave and if he actually wants to stay long term and won't be tempted by for instance United after Van Ghoul leaves then were in for a grat few years as Chelsea fans
  3. totally agree with above - yes he may have got found out a bit and not as good second season but he picked it up at the end and given a decent transfer kitty I think he could have won much more for us in the third and fourth season had we kept him. Those CL wins for Milan and the general job he did there shows to me he is a worthy manager that deserved longer at Chelsea. I also enjoyed the way we played under Hiddink when he was here as well.
  4. I'll be honest I always missed his style of football and want him back at the club..even in May when we were playing sh*t football pretty much for the whole of 2015. Not disrespecting Mourinho he is great as well and I was as ecstatic as everyone else to win the League again, just can't forget how good it felt to win 5,6, or 8-0 most weeks and see the team play how they did under him...can you imagine Hazard under him?
  5. Agree with Gilvorak that Ancelotti's second season is not comparable to this he was sacked even though he achieved well by finishing second having lost key players and not replacing them. Mourinho has had better backing in the transfer market but also spent more wisely (Torres & Luiz for Ancelotti). We did have a fair few defeats that season but he got us firing again without good quality signings and it was oftena goal fest with Carlo due to the style of play which never made it boring. He struggled against Fergie at United that was his main problem with the CL quarter final exit which probably led to his sacking but Roman seems more patient nowadays
  6. As much as I love Mourinho im just not sure he is a long term solution to our problems and he doesn't seem to be able to get the best out of the players this season and never really has got them playing the type of football that Roman always wanted. Ancelotti for me was perfect for the club - great guy, professional and a good image for the club...but more so i really miss the attacking football we played under him. I think he is a long term loyal type of manager that can build a team and can get the best out of the players and motivate them. I would love Roman to bring him back maybe at the end of the season. I'd love a manager that can bring through youth like RLC and believe Ancelotti would do this more so than Mourinho at present Anyone else would love Carlo back?
