    To me, he was simply saying that in order to win the PL, you do not need Pogba, Mourinho, Guardiola etc. You need just Antonio Conte.
    That is: give me Southampton (to say a team) and I'll win the league. Not a matter of money. Just a matter of human material, spirit and will.
    The same spirit (soul spirit) that a coach instills or manages to create in any player.
    We are talking here of winning mindset.
    Look at players like Marcos Alonso or Cahill. They defend, score, they give their soul on the pitch. With great elegance and class. 
    Always on high head (I don't remember now the exact term in english to define that posture). To conclude, Conte said, among the lines, that Mourinho or Guardiola are not good managers, unlike Pochettino and Klopp. (Has ever been Wenger a coach?).
