Hi All, Sadly life long Chelsea Fan Denis Murphy tragically lost his life in the Grenfell Tower Fire on 14th June 2017. As a family we will be celebrating Denis' Life by attending The Chelsea Vs Man City Game on Saturday. We couldn't commemorate Denis' life without the team he loved so much. Instead of a moment silence we are asking that people celebrate Denis's life by way of applause and cheers on 56th Minute. Those who knew Denis will know how much Chelsea FC meant to him, A life long fan right to the end. My family thank you all in advance for helping us to celebrate his life. This means so much to my family and Denis' friends so again I thank you in advance for your participation and spreading the word.

Thank you All for your condolences, at this difficult time my family does take comfort in them. My dad who is an avid Chelsea fan, doesn't do technology that well so I showed him all the messages and he was touched.

Hi All, I am the Nephew of Denis Murphy, Sadly Denis Murphy was one of the victims of the recent Fire in Grenfell Towers. Denis was a life long supporter of Chelsea FC and I am reaching out for all who knew him and for some advice on some matters regarding Chelsea FC. I have been emailing Chelsea FC direct and am yet to get a response but maybe someone knows of other channels I can try should we get no response. Denis was Chelsea through and through for all his life and as a family we think it only fitting to pay homage to that support in his death with the team he loved so much.
