    I'm new here but bluesfan from 1995.So many years member but when i renewed my membership this season i lost my loyaltypoints,reason? I already send an email to the departement membership but for the moment no reply from them.I already booked my eurostar and hotel for the home game against Ajax but because of losing my points i can't buy tickets for the game,same happend with my two friends who are added on my account. Can someone help me?
