Apologies for putting this on your main forum but hoping it would have a greater reach and maybe some older fans who were following in the period it is from. For several years I've been looking for footage of a game between Grimsby and Chelsea (1-1) at Stamford Bridge on Saturday 21st November 1981. It was featured on that weekend's Big Match with commentary from the legendary Brian Moore. If anyone is able to assist with a copy of the footage I'd be really grateful. I have all other Grimsby footage from the era and believe it must be out there somewhere. ITV have a copy in their archives but want to put a large watermark through it and charge a reasonable amount for the privilege. My email is [email protected] if aynone needs to get in touch. Grimsby fan here. I run an account on Twitter that details events OTD in Grimsby's history. Not sure if any of you saw but it was me in May who shared the footage of your 1984 Division Two title win at Blundell Park that then ended up on other accounts/platforms. As far as I'm aware nobody had seen that since. If you've not seen the footage, the account is @onthisgtfcday. I'm currently looking for footage of a game between the clubs at The Bridge on 21st November 1981. It was shown on The Big Match on LWT. Hi, Hope you don't mind me posting but I'm looking for footage of Chelsea v Grimsby from 21st November 1981. The game, a 1-1 draw was shown on LWT's The Big Match that evening but I cannot find a copy anywhere. Hoping someone can help. Many Thanks Bruce
