Good luck sweepy, some players are just soo nice and when they go its like losing a friend , some its like having a pain removed,, sweepy was a first class pro, who always played with a smile on his face and im sure always gave everything he had. But every game you would feel it was sweepys time to shine and time after time he missed chance after chance. I don't know if mourino stifled him or he simply wasn't good enough to take the step up in class from City to us. whatever, i hope he gets games at city and does really well, but im also relieved that we've finally let him go.

thats exactly what i was thinking,, old bar steward has been sh*tting it the whole off season,, i mean wouldnt you? they had a season of perfection and all the stuff we had going against us, and still we were a rizla paper behind them the whole season. Like Jt said we are going to the next level and man u have peaked imo. come on the toon , i wish u all the luck in the world rob :blink:

oy oy savaloy , i can see this being 5 or 6 , this is exactly what i wanted to see. The football is very very sexy, shame about ballack going off, but this is just the start we needed. Another couple of goals and our GD will put us top of the league , where hopefully we will stay. We do look very free flowing i must say,, mind u it is only pompey, i guess we was all expecting a win, but this is looking like a walk in the park. come on the blues. Rob :blink:

I have been a long time lurker and have used the site almost daily,, mainly for what's going on and also the streaming info. Ive always loved it and it has always felt like home. I have never posted as i didnt like to crash the party sort of thing, but now i have decided that i would like to be appart of the site and you lot properly lol. Im 36 living in kent got 3 kids and have always been Chelsea mad,, since i was a kid in the 80s and my uncle used to take me to the bridge right at the Dixon Speedie era. Ive got 2 girls 12 and 10 and a boy of 6 who are all members for the first time this year, none have been to the bridge yet but this season i plan to change that, hence the diving in on here as well, new starts and all that. I had a season ticket for 2 years in the MH upper during the zola flo poyet days and bloody loved it but kids and jobs have prevented me having a ticket since then. I have the utmost respect for you all and of course have been following your posts since i joined, i hope i can fit in and contribute to your very excellent site. i should just add that i hate man u with a vengeance, and i feel that this season we will do the bar stewards. Roll on sunday,, 3.0 would be a jubbly start. here to no injuries this season and a nice stroke for Ferguson :P look forward to chatting to you all on the board over and out Rob
