What has Torres done to inspire this relentless campaign from the media? I've never known so much hatred and vitriol for one player. There's something really unhealthy and sadistic about it. Good job he's got an examplary private life or he'd be front page news every day as well as back. They're such disgusting hypocrites. Consider the love in with the egotistical and publicity seeking Barton that's going on at the moment - a man they were labelling a dangerous thug who shouldn't be allowed back into football not long ago. Hope a big dose of karma is coming their way soon. Probably better not to post links to these articles as it only encourages the bar stewards by giving them more hits.

Are you talking about his past or his future at Chelsea here? Really hope he can put the past behind him, have a successful 2011/12 season and throw it in the face of the vicious sports media in this country (and WUMs from other teams posting on this site).
