Yea could be the one for prem and the rest were cups, though I still would've thought he had more than that in the prem though!

He definitely had a better eye for goal than Maka!

This is the biggest red flag to me, in regards to Ten Haag.

A**x have already replaced this guy with Grillitsch, who a lot of them rate even more so. This is from the A**x forums (translated):
 

I think it's fine that there is a midfielder who stands his ground defensively, but don't pretend that Alvarez closes all the holes, is the cement between defense and attack and is indispensable. 

He is and remains a limited midfielder who does not excel defensively, is painfully slow and lacks the ball.

They really don’t seem bothered about this sale and keep in mind those ‘WhoScored.com’ stats where they highlight weaknesses come from sample data of the bloody Dutch league mostly so let’s all take that with a pinch of salt.

i just watched all his goals (6) 

3 in FA Cup, 2 in CL (against PSG, that's the one i can remember)

and 1 in PL (against Fulham)

Also they already sold their best midfield talent in Gravenberch for £15 million.

goal vs Sporting Lisbon (CL)

tap-in vs PSG (CL) - fairly sure we got knocked out that night as well

That goal against psg was in Paris. We got knocked out at the bridge in the second leg

Obligatory youtube scouting complete - he can stick a foot in for sure.  Looks a little slow, so wonder how he'd adapt to PL pace.

 
Surely it’s abit late to be only just submitting a bid? Both clubs will have to move quickly.

Edson #Alvarez is getting closer to #Chelsea, which have offered €50 to #A**x. Agreement in principle with the midfielder for a contract until 2027 with option for 2028. #transfers #CFC

Also looks pretty clumsy on the ball tbh.

Not sure this is the greatest idea but I suppose he'd do a better job of protecting the back line if we are going with a flat four going forward.
