Good news for Kingston residents. Possibly this is a sign of things to come and are having the odd official shop dotted about south east England (and/or the world)

We're delighted to announce a new Chelsea retail store will be opening in Kingston in Surrey at the end of this month.

The store, located on Clarence Street, will sell an extensive range of club merchandise and adidas replica kits, while offering fans a printing facility which allows supporters to customise their team shirts.

Fans will be able to purchase match tickets when they're available and collect pre-ordered tickets from the shop. Stamford Bridge stadium tours and museum tickets will also be sold alongside memberships.

Outside SW6, Kingston is one of the most heavily populated areas of Chelsea supporters in the UK and its high street is the second busiest in the country after Oxford Street.

Richard Milham, head of merchandise for Chelsea Football Club said: 'We are excited to be opening a new store in the Kingston town centre that has over 22 million visitors per year.

'This will be an extension of the Megastore at Stamford Bridge and will cater for all age groups and stock a wide range of different fashion collections.'
