Is it me or are all UEFA draws fixed where English teams are concerned?

After watching the way the draws are made 'odds wise' today's draws were

more than your chances of winning Euro Millions two weeks on the bounce.

I have always thought the 'picking of balls' out of a clear goldfish bowl both dated

and open to corruption.

Take today, the way they place the balls when teams cannot play each other clearly

in the bowls in front of the guy drawing them out and he always looks down at the balls,

after a minimum of mixing, quite incredible.

Napoli and AC Milan were the hot balls and both came out first and second respectively.

In the Europa, Porto and Ajax were the hot balls and came out first and second respectively.

Later on the other hot ball was Valencia.

For Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City, Man Utd and Stoke to come out the odds are mental !
