Some things you should address before asking people to fill out your survey.

1/ When you submit the survey, it asks you for your e-mail in order to spam you. Why? Do you get the results if you ignore it? If so, warn people. If not, bugger off.

2/ Everything in your survey could also be asked of British owners. You don't seem to have identified anything which would make a foreign investor unique. Why not? What's your purpose? It feels xenophobic.
